Scheduling appointments:

We require a credit card to schedule any extensions, wedding, makeup, color, or keratin services.

Cancellation and No Show:

To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, please note that we have a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Thank you for your understanding.

We realize that there are circumstances and situations that cannot be helped sometimes, and we will take that into consideration.

Retail products:

We do not offer refunds on retail purchases, but will replace a defective product, or exchange an unused product for a credit towards a different product at that time.


A non-refundable deposit is required for extension services. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the hair and the service itself.

Keratin Treatment:

We cannot guarantee the performance of the keratin taming service if you do not purchase the appropriate shampoo and conditioner at the time of service.

Service guarantee:

If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us within two weeks to schedule a time to come in for an evaluation and corrective service. We do not offer refunds on services.
