● Cancellations & Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice)

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.This allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

● No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show.No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service totalRepeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments

● Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time (or a few minutes early).If you arrive late:We will do our best to accommodate youYour service may need to be shortened to stay on scheduleIn some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointmentLate arrivals may still be subject to the full booked service charge if there is not enough time to complete the service

● Extensions, Bridal, and Specialty Services

Because these appointments require extra time, preparation, or product ordering, they may require a deposit and/or advance notice for changes.Extension services require a non-refundable depositDeposits are applied toward the cost of hair/serviceIf the appointment is canceled late or missed, the deposit may be forfeited

● Consultations

Consultations are complimentary and may be recommended before certain services (such as extensions, bridal, or major color changes) to ensure enough time is booked and the correct service is selected.

● Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. If an unavoidable situation comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.We review exceptions case by case and appreciate your communication.

● Service Adjustments (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 14 days so we can schedule an evaluation and, if appropriate, a corrective service.

● Retail Products

Retail purchases are non-refundable. We may replace defective products or exchange unused products for salon credit at management’s discretion.

Do I need a credit card on file to book an appointment?

Yes. A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Your card is kept on file to secure the booking and may be used for late cancellations, no-shows, or checkout if you choose.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Yes — street parking is available near salon locations. Parking is generally paid street parking, and availability can vary by location, so we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
